Kirsten Bulger, ARM® has more than eighteen years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium and apartment buildings. She received her designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2006.
Kirsten received her M.S in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction management from Northeastern University, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Philip T. Renzi, CPM® has more than twenty years of experience managing single site and a portfolio of condominium properties. Philip received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in 1996.
He received his designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) by The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2005 and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM in 2007 (Key # 20105.)
From 2015 to 2020 Philip served as an Executive Councilor, Secretary (2018 & 2019) and Treasurer (2020) on the IREM Boston Chapter 4 Executive Board. In November 2017 Philip was the recipient of the CPM of the Year award from IREM Boston Chapter 4.
