Kirsten Bulger, ARM®
Property Manager & FounderKirsten Bulger, ARM® has more than 24 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium and apartment buildings. She received her designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2006.
Kirsten received her M.S in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction management from Northeastern University, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Philip Renzi, CPM®
Property Manager & FounderPhilip T. Renzi, CPM®, CMCA® has more than 24 years of experience managing single site and a portfolio of condominium properties. Philip received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in 1996.
He received his designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM ® ) from IREM in 2007 (Key # 20105.) In December 2015 Philip became an Executive Councilor on the IREM Boston Chapter 4 Executive Board and served on this Board until 2020. In November 2017 Philip was the recipient of the CPM of the Year award from IREM Boston Chapter 4. He received his CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation from CAI in 2022. Since 2016, he has been serving as an appointed volunteer on the Town of Wakefield Permanent Building Committee and currently serves as Chairperson of the Wakefield Capital Planning Committee.
Jason Merryman
Director of Property ManagementJason Merryman, Director of Property Management has more than a decade of experience in real estate and property management. During this time, he has focused on maximizing stakeholder value and delivering results coordinating complex capital improvement projects. Adept at managing a portfolio of disparate properties, he understands the unique challenges that face condominium communities of any scale. Jason received his BSBA with a concentration in Finance from Bryant University, and an MBA from Bentley University.
Lauren Passariello
Property ManagerLauren Passariello has more than 12 years of related property management experience, including four years in condominium management with RBG. In the past she has managed a large residential portfolio consisting of market rate and affordable units throughout Somerville, Cambridge and Boston. She is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests. In Addition to her property management expertise, Lauren has worked on larger capital projects, including plumbing stack replacements, building envelope repairs, roof replacements and larger masonry/landscaping projects, such as replacing multiple patio sets. She is also working towards her Certified Manager of Condominium Associations (CMCA) designation.
Kate Somers
Property ManagerKate Somers has 23 years of experience in Property Management. Her experience is multifaceted consisting of association management, office and retail. Prior to joining Renzi Bulger in 2023, Kate was a Regional Property Manager managing 6 large communities (100+ units) north and west of Boston. In her capacity as regional manager, she was also responsible for oversight of on-site staff, management and coordination of daily operations, preventative maintenance and capital projects including elevator replacement, roof, town-house community deck replacement and waterproofing. Kate is customer service oriented and has a hands-on approach to her management style.
Shadah L. Thames
Property ManagerShadah L. Thames, ARM ® has more than nine years of experience in property management, the last 5 years managing a portfolio of homeowner associations. Shadah developed a strong background in various aspects of the real estate industry, including market rent, affordable housing, and condominium management. Shadah's expertise lies in effectively overseeing properties to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently while maximizing profitability for property owners. Shadah has worked at RBG since 2019.
