Kirsten Bulger, ARM^® has more than eighteen years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium and apartment buildings. She received her designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM^®) from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2006.

Kirsten received her M.S in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction management from Northeastern University, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.

Kate Somers has 22 years of experience in Property Management. Her experience is multifaceted consisting of retail, office and association management. Kate's recent role as Regional Property Manager entailed managing 6 large communities (100+ units) north and west of Boston. In her capacity as regional manager, she was also responsible for oversight of on-site staff, management and or coordination of daily operations, preventative maintenance and capital projects including elevator replacement, roof replacement and waterproofing. Kate is customer service oriented and has a hands-on approach to her management style. Kate was born and raised in Cambridge, MA.

Lauren Passariello has more than 5 years of related property management experience managing a large residential portfolio consisting of market rate and affordable units throughout Somerville, Cambridge and Boston. She is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests. Lauren also has previous experience as a concierge and maintenance coordinator for a local management company.
