Kirsten Bulger, ARM®
Property Manager & FounderKirsten Bulger, ARM® has more than eighteen years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of residential condominium and apartment buildings. She received her designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) from The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2006.
Kirsten received her M.S in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction management from Northeastern University, and a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Vermont.
Philip Renzi, CPM®
Property Manager & FounderPhilip T. Renzi, CPM® has more than twenty years of experience managing single site and a portfolio of condominium properties. Philip received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Michael’s College in 1996.
He received his designation as an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) by The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2005 and Certified Property Manager (CPM®) from IREM in 2007 (Key # 20105.)
From 2015 to 2020 Philip served as an Executive Councilor, Secretary (2018 & 2019) and Treasurer (2020) on the IREM Boston Chapter 4 Executive Board. In November 2017 Philip was the recipient of the CPM of the Year award from IREM Boston Chapter 4.
Jason Merryman
Director of Property ManagementJason Merryman has more than a decade of experience in real estate and property management. During this time, he has focused on maximizing stakeholder value and delivering results coordinating complex capital improvement projects. Jason has been a portfolio manager of homeowner associations for the last 8 years. Adept at managing a portfolio of disparate properties and coordinating varied capital projects, Jason understands the unique challenges that face boards of trustees and homeowners at communities of any scale. Jason received his BSBA with a concentration in Finance from Bryant University, and an MBA from Bentley University.
Lauren Passariello
Property ManagerLauren Passariello has more than 5 years of related property management experience managing a large residential portfolio consisting of market rate and affordable units throughout Somerville, Cambridge and Boston. She is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests. Lauren also has previous experience as a concierge and maintenance coordinator for a local management company.
Kate Somers
Property ManagerKate Somers has 22 years of experience in Property Management. Her experience is multifaceted consisting of retail, office and association management. Kate's recent role as Regional Property Manager entailed managing 6 large communities (100+ units) north and west of Boston. In her capacity as regional manager, she was also responsible for oversight of on-site staff, management and or coordination of daily operations, preventative maintenance and capital projects including elevator replacement, roof replacement and waterproofing. Kate is customer service oriented and has a hands-on approach to her management style. Kate was born and raised in Cambridge, MA.
Shadah L. Thames
Property ManagerShadah L. Thames has more than 6 years’ experience managing affordable housing, market-based rent, and a diverse portfolio of condominium properties. Shadah’s background includes implementing policies and procedures, overseeing resident acquisition, and managing healthy resident relations for properties of 200 units or more. Prior to obtaining her current position with Renzi Bulger Group, Shadah was an assistant property manager for First Realty Management overseeing two properties handling maintenance issues resident complaints and staff hiring among other managerial aspects.
